Overview

FLTR is a real-time image filter studio for Windows. Drop in a photo and start adding filters on an open canvas. Halftones, duotones, glitch, CRT, whatever you need. Everything updates live as you go, and nothing's ever baked in, so you can keep adjusting like it's a real project on your desk.

Personal Note

As a hobbyist designer and a programmer at heart, I was fed up balancing several subscriptions for apps that were either way too clunky or too limited for making cool graphics. I took matters into my own hands and started developing a tool that was not only easier to use, but also fun to use. I took inspiration from physical collaging and mixed it with filters. My ultimate goal was to recreate the mechanical feel of working on an actual canvas or at a cluttered desk. I hope you enjoy using it as much as I enjoyed making it!
